Description | Oblong, roundish bottom, pointed corners rounded sides and top. Cane; twilled plaiting in 3 over 6 under on bottom; 4 over 4 under on sides. Rim finished in double row of inter twining strips. Decoration on sides by having shiny side of all horizontal strips outside, while shiny side of vertical ones is inside; also 2 horizontal wefts, in middle of sides, are dyed red (probably from puccoon or Texas oak and black gum mixed) |
