Forms a pair with 52-23-96B. 一路福星 Auspicious star to his entire administrative district. 陳大老爺德政 泌邑商民謹製 Commemorating the venerable Mr. Chen's virtuous governance, The merchants and citizens of Bi [yang County] town conscientiously had this made. |
