Description

Single-edged steel blade, both edge and back slightly convex; blunt point tapered toward hilt. Cf. Phillippine barong. Curved wooden grip suggesting animal head. Flat, two-piece wooden sheath, roughly carved at top and on one face near bottom. Applied wooden loop for carrying cord. Rattan binding.
