Description

Beauty at Kotatsu (炬燵の二美人) by Harunobu Suzuki (c. 1725 - 1770 CE). Human figures in a house with cat. A man and a woman are seated at a table with another woman standing. A sliding door is opened to reveal a tree. Probably published by Nippon Gasui-Sha (Japan Print Purity Company) as part of their monthly series The Nippon Mokuhan Gasui (Masterpieces of Old Japanese Colour Prints).
