Description

One of two carved posts flanking the doorway of a clan chief's house. Human face at the top, with vertical rows of four diamonds surrounded by parallel incised lines below. Vertical crack through right side of face. Metal nail. Exhibited at l'Exposition universelle de Paris 1900.
