Description | Several large splits, 16cm x 1 cm piece missiog from one end. 1.5 cm hole cut in center, surrounding area wrapped in a different material. 1 cm hole cut 24 cm from one end. Geometric designs: checkerboard, triangles, diamonds. Images: men in a canoe, women (?) holding up something. Remaining scene is obscured by wrapping. Exhibited at l'Exposition universelle de Paris 1900. |
