Description

War dress. Rectangular cloth woven in a single width of undyed cotton with Arabic writing in ink covering one side; amulets (67) made of undyed or balck cotton sewn around paper sewn over the Arabic wiritng; long narrow cotton ties sewn to all four corner. Paper tag reads: "War dress with verse from the Koran and amulets. Supposed to protect the wearer in battle.
