Description | Losyako. Saddle with two wooden end pieces. Saddle is covered with fur. One end has beadwork in white, clear, black, and dark green beads over biege cloth, over leather where the fur attaches to the wood. On that same end the wood is covered in metal plates with circle designs. At the opposite end the wood piece is undecorated. A v-shaped piece of bone is attached with a leather strap at one end, and plant fiber cord at the other end. The bone is decorated with diagonal incised lines forming v shapes along the edges, a central incised scene over a band of zigzags. |
