Description
Fighting or war knife made from one piece of worked iron. The blade has three flutes down the entire length on one side only. The hilt is wrapped with an animal hide strip. A decorative pommel has a terraced surface leading to a scalloped edge. A face is fashioned on the pommel with two eyes and a mouth with downturned corners. The pommel may represent a sun.
