Description | Brass. Hemispherical, the upper part of side offset; two high, heavy loop handles. Cover which fits well below top of bowl, ia circular with raised rim and with raised rim around center. Relief and cut-out decoration in concentric bands of circles, diamonds, waves. Mrs. Williams note: "the kettle (29-201-634) and basin are used to wash hands at meals". |
