Description

Sommerville: Brown Jasper. An Amulet, with rude embellishment or inscription. Persian and Sassanian Intaglios and Talismans, Case EE. Vermeule: Brown Jasper. Unmounted. Circular drill marks resembling a human figure with radiate diagonal lines behind. Late Persian/Sassanian.
