Description

Vermeule: Scarab. Intaglio. Carnelian. (Modern swiveled gilt ring setting) Herakles reclining to right, on a raft which is buoyed by five inflated skin amphorae. Line border. cf. 29-128-1756 > similar scene. Etruscan.
