Description

Story of the 47 Ronin, one of three scrolls. Long scroll unrolls right to left - narrative style. 56 sections of character writing which are numbered in pencil. Some of these characters, primarily men, appear on both the interior and the exterior of a building; some men are seen in a parade. In the last scene, there are tombstones and lanterns. Sticker affixed with the name "T. BROOM BELFIELD". Far left section has small gold squares like glitter. Wooden scroll ends.Tag on scroll end says study material modern reproduction.
