Description | Sandstone Gateway from the North Temple at Buhen. This doorway was set up by Thury (Twrj), a viceroy of Buhen. The decoration is crude. On the lintel, Ahmose is shown before Horus of Buhen in the form of a falcon. Behind him is his mother, Queen Ahhotep. Ahmose is also shown before the god Min. |
