Description

Female figure standing on deep, broad hook, with birds on upper arms and at back of neck. On back, a crocodile, its head and forelegs on the hooks, its rear legs at figure's hands, its tail up center of figure's back. Cowrie shell eyes (one missing), protruding tongue. Zig-zag scarifications on torso. Crude incised designs on hook, both front and back (spirals, chevrons, cross-hatched lines). Black, chipping badly.
