Description

Lacquer war hat with tipped up brim and principal crest of Mizuno family of Yuki, made of the water plaintain (LO-1861 info). Description and photo do not match object. The one thought to be 97-122-45, which is photographed, had the wrong record attributed to it. It is now CG2016-1-66. Black laquered rain hat with the front of the bill flipped up. Red interior. Two marks where a emblem would be attached but emblem is missing.
