Sommerville: Sard. A ring. Christ Bearing the Cross. Six figures are visible. Byzantine, Case II.

Vermeule: Sardonyx. Cameo. (Modern gold ring setting). Christ bearing the Cross. he has fallen to his knees. Fiver other figures surround him including a Roman legionary who leads the procession. 16th century or later.
