Description

Hourglass type. La Kuude. Wood, painted black; traces of red and white on carving. Wide carved band of squares and rectangles, each with interior arc on each of its sides forming a reserve concave-sided figure. Loop handle on side. Drumhead lizard skin. Naitve name - La Variiki.
