In addition to all his other work, George McFadden also shot some film footage of Kourion excavations and surroundings, though the exact date is not known (ca. 1950). The film is shot in color, without sound. In 1969, years after the closing of the Penn Museum excavations, museum board member Watson Kintner, an RCA engineer, visited Cyprus and the site. The Penn Museum’s film collection was digitized in 2007 courtesy of the Internet Archive.
