Folding Screen

Three wooden rectangular panels.

One side of the panel depicts a painted scene of nature on golden background. Most notably, there is a large colorful bird; two small birds in fight; pink, red, orange, and peony flowers; tree branches with purple blossoms.

The other side of panel depicts interior of a house and a garden.

On the left panel, there are two women, a teapot, two cups on table, book on table, all in the interior of the house. Sun and water can be seen outside the window.

On the central panel, there are two women in the garden. One plays the flute. There are cherry blossoms, moon, and a gate.

On the right panel, there is a woman beside the garden wall. The figure has outstretched arms over hanging cherry blossoms and tree.
