Description | CBS Register: terracotta figurine, fragment (head of man and horse wanting). Parthian. Rider on horseback. PBS XVI: Persian rider. Fragment of a horse and rider. The rider retains the bottom-most portion of his mold-made face: his mouth and the bottom of his beard. The rest of his body is hand made and his hands hold onto the neck of a horse who is complete but for the lower portion of his face. |
