Description | Fragment of repousse plaque or strip for decorating an object. Attached by domed bronze tacks or small nails. Decoration appears to include at least one animal facing right and be narrative but design cannot be identified at this time. Both logitudinal edges complete. Short vertical edges both broken. In five joinable and one other small fragment. probably decorated same object as 63-5-325, 326. |
