Description

Worn by Boi Soko. On her husband's death, her hair was cut short or shaved and these ornaments assumed. The hair was placed in a bundle made of the hair of near blood relations of the deceased, beside his grave. Desides the widow, some of the nearest of such relatives may also wear similar ornaments.
