Description

Handleless; carination at side of lamp curves upward to form fill hole at top of lamp; nozzle curves upward with wick partially in wall of lamp, partially in nozzle, with evidence of burning. Whole base defined by carination from body of lamp; base slightly concave with string marks. Clay is flesh color, no evidence of polish or glaze. Wheelmade. Variation of Kennedy type 3.
