Description | Possibly sacrificial. Brass, ornamentation in relief and incised. Bowl: Krishna slaying the serpent Kaliya (a common motive in Indian metalwork and painting). Handle: Vishnu, four-headed (three showing), four-armed; upper right hodls the sun disk (?) (chakra), upper left the conch. Floral finial. Above heads possibly a Sanskrit inscription. (Inf. Dr. W.
