Description | Blue cotton plain weave cloth. Two breadths. Stripes [blue, white green, purple, yellow black] run length of fabric; Design elements of flowers and geometrics done in cotton double faced brocading. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: borders - 80 epi, 2 singles, 2 ply, multi colored yarns. Navy: 60 epi, 2 singles, Z twist blue cotton. Weft: 14 ppi, 2 singles, Z twist, blue cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Supplemental weft double faced. 2 panels - 4 selvedges each. Made on a backstrap loom." |
