Description

Dark blue flannel, red flannel strap backing; pocket lined with black figured cotton. Front covered with square of woven beadwork; Bi-lateral design with nine 8-pointed stars for flowers, stylicized leaves, meander at sides and geometric devices. White background with light blue, pink, and yellow opaque beads and translucent yellow green, red, and dark blue. Similar colors and design for shoulder strap made of two pieces with pink and blue braided fringe where joined. Right half has light blue translucent background. Lacy sewn beadwork (blue and white) outlines. Three sides of pouch and extension of back piece ends in blue and yellow braided fringe (all fringe tipped with red and blue wool tassels)
