Description | Grey-buff ware body sherd, evenly fired, hard, with fine sand temper, wheel made, with wheel marks visible on interior. Exterior surface has closely spaced, vertically oriented impressed hatch marks, arranged in at least two roughly parallel bands. Interior surface has brown painted decoration: a pair of concentric arcs and two rows of short horizontal marks. |
