Description

Statuette: Mercury. Spotty green patina cleaned to metal in 1966. Object complete. Stands on disc set above a cylindrical pedestal with a flared bottom cast hollow and filled with a lime deposit. Holds a purse in his lower right hand and his kerykeion in the left. Shawl thrown over left shoulder. Wears a hat with two feathers. Grooved details.
