Description | Black woolen with gray, red, yellow, and black embroidered side seams and arm holes. Also around bottom. Poncho is constructed by two webs sewn together along the weft edges in warp direction. Arm holes along side seam. Neck aperture bound in black. Zigzag design embroidered at hem. Also bound along all edges (except neck aperture) in a pattern of red, black and tan. Color(s): Plain weave black cotton for main structure, but red, tan and black edging. Border is bound in tan, red and black. Zigzag edging at bottom also tan, red and black. |
