Description | Black steatite with multiple scalloped bands of pewter inlay below bowl rim and on side of stem end of tube. High bowl with straight, slightly expanding sides. Tube square in section, with pointed projection beyond bowl. Thin, vertical slab on top of tube with an animal in low relief on one face, and a kneeling human figure holding a pipe in low relief on the other side. |
