Description

Statue of Gaur (Parvati). Made for the festival of Gangaur. This statue and one of Isar (Shiva) would be dressed for the festival. See 29-130-141 for the Shiva statue. Painted wood with hands held out in front. Red spangled garments. Green details. Square beveled base also painted.
