Description | Rosette of orange-dyed flicker feathers with tin disc center. Two long streamers of blue stroud set with eagle feathers tipped with red feathers. Two standards of quilled eagle feathers tipped with green feathered duck skin and eagle plume. Narrow waist tie of buckskin dyed yellow. |
