Description

Neck and mouth preserved, with one handle and part of shoulder. Two small fragments, non-joining. Pale buff clay decorated with dull black painted designed, now mostly peeled off. Long cylindrical neck ending in projecting disc mouth; ovoid upper body. One vertical band handle, shoulder to base of neck, lower end interted into hole in vase wall. Two knobs opposite on front of neck. Neck banded down to handle level; at handle latticed lozenges. Triangles painted from base of neck on shouldered lozenges, wavy lines, bands. etc. Hand-made.
