Description | Nearly complete and mended. Small raised disk base; very squat globular body with narrow concave neck to flaring cutaway-type mouth; vertical handle to rim. Clay dark buff, hard; wet-smoothed. Paint: lustrous orange-brown to dark gray-brown. Decoration: neck and handle like B1179 (P1316). Upper and lower body have 3 narrow bands between wide stripes. Stripe around base. |
