Description

Brocade Runner. Heavy stiff silk. Rectangular band with very long fringe on each end; has been folded in half lengthwise and the resulting crease is somewhat worn. The pattern changes at the middle, one end having a cream background, the other end purple. Design is in stylized floral motifs, the two ends being quite different. Pattern is in red, orange, blue, purple, green, white, cream, black. Plaited purple and cream fringe.
