Description

Thin oval-shaped drum. Animal skin pulled over carved wooden frame and attached. Metal ring is suspended at center of under side by four hide and vegetable fiber ties attached to the wooden frame. Small metal ring attached at one side of wood frame fastens four Chinese coins (Allradt, Nov. 1980).
