Description

A baby's covering consisting of a panel of blue cotton with a neck band of red cloth and yellow cord which attaches with loop and bone button. A series of 15 metal buttons held on by flat white cotton frogs decorates front of panel. The top 2/3rds of panel has a white lining, with the top points sewn back; the panel is attached to child at neck and along sides where two cords are attached.
