Description | Flat. Rectangular. Checker work with wefts alternately wide and narrow. (Warps the width of narrow wefts) Slight gap with no wefts between braided rim and row above last of checker work. Twined row either side of broad weft at bottom where weaving started. Lining bag of plain checkerwork-(Attached at bottom.) Top of both badly frayed. Whole bag unusually soft. |
