Description | Three groups of bone barbs: the uppermost comprises 4 pairs, the lowest a tier of 4 barbs; the intermediate group consists of 4 long Pteropus wing bones made fast at both ends to the wooden point, this ceasing in fact to be barbs at all. Construction otherwise as 29-89-142, etc. (Nasioi). Shaft markings: Internodes 2 and 3; Between longitudinal strokes 4 "zigzags" running longitudinally. These areas filled with lines which form a pseudo-zigzag have a common origin with the shaft-markings of 29-89-164 to 29-89-166. |
