Description

Lidded basket. Technical notes: twined; close twined, two-strand, in-between weave (with plain), three-strand, wrapped weft ("false embroidery"); Basket: 10 warps, 17 wefts per square inch; Lid (knob): 12 warps, 17 wefts per square inch; Lip: 15 wefts per square inch. Rattle top lid; shaman's hat desigs "mountains rising in step like regularity;" basket anad lid do not match.
