Description

Buff ware rim sherd, evenly fired, hard, with fine sand temper, wheel-made. Surface slip, with exterior painted decoration: fine vertical lines (8) and vertically oriented "combs" alternating between two horizontal lines; rim is also painted. Paint is dark brown.
