Votive hand towel (Hônô tenugui). Faded rust background with white lettering and white lettered circle. Japanese characters say Yujiro Miki (name); Kanai anzen (be secure). Label reads: "Miidera temple, No. 14 of the 33 places sacred to Kwannon. Near Otsu."
