Sommerville: Obsidian. A Scenic mask. Ethiopian features from a necklace of the 2nd century. Greek and Roman Cameos, Case WW.

Vermeule: Cameo. Obsidian. [unmounted] Head of Medusa facing. Probably from the same necklace as 793 and 794. Graeco-Roman, the features of the Medusa suggest the necklace or necklaces were ade in Southern Egypt in Ethiopia Chuha (?)
