Description | Wooden sword sheath made from two pieces of wood held together with five peel rings and two tubes of rattan. One side is decorated with bone inlay nailed to the wood and two bands of hide, one of which has hair attached. A second sheath is made from bark with red, black and yellow beadwork in an aso pattern. Floral patterned cloth handle attached. Decorative strap attached with two red, black and yellow beaded tassels. Bundle attached to strap includes a boar tusk, a bundle of cloth, a knot of wood, a piece of bone, a tooth and a container made from a crocodile tooth . |
