Description | Dish on low foot. Pale buff clay fired to a bright reddish-orange inside the foot. Glaze brownish-black and metallic, unevenly applied around the foot. Surface badly incrusted, glaze worn off around part of the upper surface of the rim. A deep groove encircles the rim, and a wide band of rouletted decoration is in the center, the finish of which is marred by a stacking ring. |
