| Description | Double-edged lanceolate iron blade; band of fine grooving near opposite edges of the two faces; large piercings with serrated edge at middle of blade; "stem" with very slightly convex sides and with vertical piercing with serrated edges; tang inserted in hourglass-shaped grip which is completely wrapped with a narrow strip of iron. |
