Description | Double-edged iron blade, concave for a short distance beyond the tang, then straight to a sharp point. On opposite sides of the two faces, there is a line of small gouges in back of a triple grooved band which follows the contour of the blade. Tang covered with sheet of copper ornamented with bands of small punctates and terminating in a crescent guard. Long copper ferrule. |
