Description | Rim fragment of a hole-mouth jar. On the exterior below the rim a modeled ridge encircles the vessel bearing diagonally incised lines in a cord pattern. Grey ware burning reddish brown; brown slip on both surfaces; exterior bears traces of red wash in a criss-cross pattern. Handmade. |
