Description

A rectangular kilt painted with the face of the Sun Katsina. The background is painted blue with the upper quarter painted red. The face of the Sun Katsina is painted in white and black. A star and a square with two concave edges flank the face. A wavy band is painted in an arch above the face. The lower edge of the kilt is lined entirely with metal tinklers attached to short cloth cords.
